Training organised by the EFJ and the European Trade Union Institute on ''Collective bargaining for all in the media".
The course will be held online in 6 sessions with a final face-to-face meeting. The dates are Tuesdays: 9, 16, 23, 30 November, 7, 14 December (online)

The aims of the course:
to distinguish the Social Dialog and Collective Bargaining concepts
to get acquainted with European perspective and priorities for the social dialogue agenda
to analyse your organisational context and representativeness as potential for an efficient collective bargaining process
to prepare claims/proposal for negotiation in the framework of the action plan for a successful negotiation
to identify the adequate negotiation technique and the profile of a good negotiator in the media sector
to consider the post-negotiation

Time frame: 18 hours on online sessions (3 hours for a consecutive 6 weeks); plus 6 hours of group work (1 hour per week for 6 weeks).
Two-day face-to-face meeting on 11 and 12 January.
In addition to the online course, we will create an online forum (via Google group) for continuous coaching outside of the live training section during the course period.
Course materials will be uploaded in Google cloud for downloading. Participants will be able to upload their ‘‘homework’’ on the cloud also.
Commitment
We understand that it is not easy to take time out from work to commit to a series of online courses. However, we would like to be fair to everyone and require participants to attend at least 80% of the course in order to go on to the face-to-face meeting in spring 2022 and receive a certificate for the attendance & completion of the online course. Should you not be able to attend one section of the course, please communicate to us in advance.
